Cedric Lane expected to become next Pinson Valley basketball head coach

Pinson, Ala. – Cedric Lane is expected to become the basketball next coach at Pinson Valley, according to Pinson Valley high school principal, Michael Turner. Lane, was formally head basketball coach at Jackson-Olin and Wenonah. 

Prior to Lane coaching at Jackson-Olin, the Wenonah Dragons made three consecutive appearances in the AHSAA Class 5A State Championships. Lane, finished his Jackson-Olin season 12-14.

Last year the Pinson Valley Indians went 3-31. Lane will be replacing former Pinson coach Clint Argo.
