Alabama Varsity Lacrosse – Playoff Hub

With the first two rounds of the Alabama varsity lacrosse postseason in the books, four teams have punched their ticket to the semifinals.

The third ranked Briarwood Christian Lions became the first team to join top seeded Vestava Hills in the final four with a 16-8 win over the Auburn Tigers.  Fourth Ranked Hoover extend their season into semifinals, doubling up cross-town rival Spain Park 12-6 while second ranked Mountain Brook took down the Randolph Raiders 17-8.

#1 Vestavia Hills will host #4 Hoover at the Sicard Hollow Athletic Complex while #3 Briarwood travels to Mountain Brook's Spartan Stadium Thursday night.  Both contests will faceoff at 7:00 PM.
