Arab lands seven players on All-Marshall County Team

Arab, AL – The Arab Arabian Knights were well represented on this year’s All-Marshall County football team. The Knights had eight players, including the county’s MVP – senior quarterback Ross Reynolds, selected by the County’s eight head football coaches as 2019’s most valuable.

Arab had the second most players represented trailing the Guntersville Wildcats with 11. Albertville had seven selections followed by Boaz with six, DAR with five and Asbury and Douglas with two apiece. Brindlee Mountain was the only program without a player represented on this year’s squad.

County Most Valuable Player, Arab quarterback Ross Reynolds, passed for 2,122 yards and 21 touchdowns while running for 1,018 and 14 scores to close out his senior season with 3,140 total yards and 35 touchdowns.

The Knights closed out Lee Ozmint’s first season in Arab at 6-4, scoring the second most points in class 5A and recording victories over county rival Boaz and traditional powers Madison Academy and North Jackson.
