Bessemer, AL – Bessemer Academy’s high octane offense kicked it into high gear setting a school scoring record over Shelby County’s Coosa Valley Rebels. BA quarterback Logan Burnett lead the home team tossing four TD passes as the Rebs took a 62-0 lead into the locker room.

Josh Wright’s starters left their helmets in the locker room following the opening half but the Rebel reserves did not disappoint in the second half to close the shutout.

Standout running back Brodie Medders stood out on special teams, returning two Coosa Valley punts into the endzone.
